- Couscous
- Crackers
- Croutons
- Flour (wheat, rye, barley, or oat)
- Malt or malt flavoring
- Modified food starch (OK if from corn or potato)
- Oats
- Pasta
- Rye
- Sauces and gravies made with flour (wheat, rye, barley, or oat)
- Semolina
- Soy sauce
- Spelt
- Wheat
Please ensure that my food does not contain, have contact with, or get contaminated by any of the items listed above. Please prepare my food with clean utensils and on surfaces that have not been contaminated with the foods and ingredients above. Thank you!

- Cheese (not processed)
- Corn starch (pure)
- Fish (not marinated or dusted with flour)
- Fresh fruit
- Meat (not marinated or dusted with flour)
- Poultry (not marinated or dusted with flour)
- Olive oil
- Rice flour
- Spices (pure)
- Steamed rice
- Vegetables (not steamed in pasta water)
- Wine vinegar
