Chipolte is a great choice for a gluten-free meal. The tortilla is not gluten free. But you can order your burrito in a bowl, and all of the fixings that go into your bowl are gluten free. Even the chips are gluten free since chips are all they cook in the fryer. Also, the taco salad in the the edible bowl is gluten free.
