- Yeast bread, quick bread, pizza crust and more…learn to bake great gluten-free breads galore! Jennifer Cinquepalmi, author of The Complete Book of Gluten-Free Cooking and Gluten-Free Delciously, will offer tips for gluten-free bread baking success. Recipes for this class include Super Sandwich Bread, Calzones, Quinoa Cornbread, Tortilla Wraps, and hamburger buns.

Each egg hunter is asked to bring at least one dozen plastic eggs with gluten-free treats inside, along with a basket to hold your treasures. (If there are two hunters in your family, you will need two dozen eggs.)
There will be refreshments and plenty of time to visit with old friends and make new ones.
You are welcome to bring a snack to share with all. Many of our members have multiple dietary restrictions so remember to list all ingredients. Or bring the recipe to share in our newsletter.
